Terms and Conditions
Prices
Export prices do not include VAT, which will be added to all orders delivered to UK addresses. VAT will be charged on all items where applicable at the rate prevailing at the date of despatch (currently 17.5%, ROI 21%). For all other EC countries VAT will be added unless a VAT number is provided with the order. VAT will be added at the prevailing UK rate.
Deliveries are ex-works. Carriage, insurance and freight will be charged extra. Unless otherwise notified, order will be despatched on an ex-works basis. Please fill in a quote request online for a quotation for shipment of your order.
We welcome the opportunity to supply quotations against a list of items required for bulk delivery to Government or Trade customers (incoterms 2000 apply).
Delivery
Subject to stock availability, orders are normally despatched within 6-8 weeks from receipt of order. Certain items e.g. furniture may take longer. A contents note will be enclosed with your goods.

Title
Ownership of the goods does not pass to the purchaser until the relevant sales invoice has been paid in full.
Payment
Payment for order should be made prior to despatch of the goods. Payment may be made in all major currencies, sterling cheque, credit card or bank draft in favour of Findel Education or by Letter of Credit confirmed by a UK bank. Customers with existing accounts may qualify for other payment terms.
Claims
Claims - Claims will be allowed only in the following circumstances.
Short deliveries or damaged goods. Notification must be made to our Customer Contact Centre within three days of the receipt of the goods. Goods should not be returned without contacting our Customer Contaxct Centre as this may delay credit/replacement product being processed.
In the event of non-delivery of a complete consignment, notification must be made to our Customer Contact Centre within ten days of the invoice date. In the event of any query on delivery please contact our Customer Contact Centre. Goods are not supplied on a resale or return basis and credit will not be given for goods found to be unsuitable.
Minimum Order Values
Please note the following minimum order values:
- All payment terms other than Letter of Credit: ₤100
- Letter of Credit: ₤2,000
Jurisdiction
The proper law of all transactions between the parties is English Law and any disputes arising shall be determined by the Courts in England.
